♦Adding Commands to a Toolbar  
1.     
 Display the toolbar you want to customize.
2.     
 From the main menu, choose Tools  
→    Customize 
Or Choose View   →
  Toolbars  →   Customize
to open the customize dialog box. 
3.     
  Click on the Commands tab, and select a Category
from the Categories scrolling box. 
4.     
 From the Commands scrolling box, find the command you want to add, then
drag the 
command onto the toolbar you want to affect. 
♦Creating a Custom Toolbar 
If you have a number of buttons, you want to add to
toolbars, it makes sense to create a custom toolbar with the buttons you need. 
1- From the main menu, choose Tools   →
 Customize 
Or Choose View   →  Toolbars  → Customize to open the
customize dialog box. 
2- Click the Toolbars tab.
3-  Click the New button to
open the New Toolbar dialog box and
enter a name for the 
toolbar: e.g. My
Toolbar.  
4- Click OK, the new
toolbar with room for a single button appears in the work-book 
window. 
5-
Click the Commands tab in the Customize dialog box.
6-From the File
Category, add for example, the Save
AS Web Page and    Publish As Web 
Page
buttons to the toolbar. 
7- Click Close to close the Customize
dialog box.
