Customizing the Excel Window Display
1- From the main menu, choose Tools    Options to display the Options dialog box. 
2- Click on the View tab, and select any of the following options from the Show area:Formula bar: Select to show the Formula bar.

AutoShapes are pre-drawn shapes that offer an easy alternative to drawing your own shapes. AutoShapes come in several shape categories including Lines, Connectors, Basic Shapes, Block Arrows, Flowcharts, Stars and Banners, and Callouts.
 AutoShapes can be inserted into your sheet through the AutoShapes menu on the Drawing toolbar, or through the AutoShapes toolbar.

Changing Fill Color
To change fill color:
1- Select the object you want to fill. 
2- Click the down arrow next to the Fill Color icon  on the Drawing toolbar, the fill color dialog box appears:
